Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@kashantime.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is lost in transit and never reaches you.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos or proof of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after shipping.
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Orders delayed by courier beyond our control.
