  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (box, tags, protective films).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect).

Note: Refunds are not applicable on sale or discounted items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in original condition with full packaging.
  • Exchange depends on availability of the desired item.
  • For items of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
